4-STEP SALES PROCESS & TIMELINE
Account
Begin now by creating your personal Stratos account! Then browse the website and use custom search filters to explore floor plans, distinctive features, renderings, pricing and finishes. You will make your Priority Reservation from your personalized account page.
To build your favorites list, click the ♥ to save your favorite residences found on the interactive interface or a particular residence’s web page. Then, within your account, you can organize and prioritize your list of favorite residences. Your account also provides a Pre-Purchase Checklist and direct access to due diligence documents.
On January 30, 2025, at Noon MT, Priority Reservations will open. Simply log into your account and click the “Make Your Priority Reservation” button, which will take you to a new page where you will click the “Accept Terms and Conditions” button, then click on the “Submit Your Reservation” button. Making a Priority Reservation will set your place in queue to select and purchase your residence beginning on February 6, 2025.
February 6, 2025, is the first day to purchase a Cloudstone or Residence. Reservation holders will be given a 30-minute priority purchase period based upon your Priority Reservation position. At this time, you will select from the available residences and sign a Purchase and Sales Agreement. You may participate in this process either in person or online.
